Payment of membership deposit represents an agreement to hold Backyard Maple LLC and its officers & representatives harmless for any injury or damage to personal effects that come about through the good faith normal operations of Art Price Studio cooperative space, as well as any injury or damage to personal effects by fault of accident or unintended misuse of studio equipment or supplies.

Payment of membership deposit additionally represents agreement to be held liable for replacement of any equipment damaged by the member during the course of their membership and equipment rental/usage at Art Price Studio.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! You can upgrade or switch to a lower membership level as many times as you want.

  • Membership can be canceled a minimum of 48 hours in advance, or rescheduled at minimum 24 hrs in advance.

    If membership is canceled or rescheduled with insufficient notice, any deposit is forfeit.

    If studio services are outstanding and unpaid, we reserve the right to refuse to schedule additional services until the outstanding balance is paid.
