What We Do
We teach, we print, we paint, and we make our resources available to the community.
MN IS IN CRISIS
The studio will be open EVERY WEEKEND until ICE’s occupation is over! Fridays and Saturdays 10a-6pm, and Sundays 2-7pm.
Designs Offered This Weekend: 3/13-3/15
We are printing anti-ICE designs on your garments for FREE!
The studio will be open Fridays and Saturdays 10am-6pm, and Sundays 2-7pm. As long as there's people, we'll be printing!
Bring anything you want the prints on, as many as you like. Cotton works best.
We're expecting a crowd, and it's going to be first come first served, as fast as the equipment permits. One garment per pass through the line, just to get as many people served as we can.
We do not guarantee placement, we do not guarantee quality or impression. We guarantee only that we will damage the item you give us, as it will get ink on it and be exposed to high heat. Smears, double-prints, misprints, errors, and scorching may occur. You may also find community in line <3
All food, non-printmaking supplies (such as whistles, eye-washers, red cards, zines), and clothing donations are FREE for all in attendance.
Our designs and ink may change, but our dedication won’t.

If you’d like to volunteer at the studio, we’d love to have you! We always need more volunteers for running the open studio, or resetting the space during the week to do it all again!

Please reach out to us- we support our at risk neighbors. We will get you linked up with our accessibility crew.
We have folks who are arranging for pick up and drop off for community members that do not feel safe attending the open studio, whether for health or ICE-y conditions; we want to give everyone the opportunity to participate.

Send a garment and preference of our available imprints (design, location on garment, ink color) with your contact information and return shipping to the studio address (self-addressed prepaid shipping, etc.).
The only guarantee we are providing is that we will damage your garment. Heat cured plastisol, ink may smear, garment may scorch, misprints may occur, we may get placement and imprint wrong. We'll get it back to you when possible- it may take a while.

We have been at capacity every week with free protest printing activities, it has been taking up all our time.
Our shop is getting up to speed to handle the massively increased volume of interest from the past two months. Before the end of March, we are looking to expand our capacity to print and ship orders during the week.
The website orders are pre-orders for a print run that is currently scheduled to be done in the last week of March, if not earlier- and shipping will be arranged within the week of that print run being completed.
Thank you for your patience with this project.

Baking the garment at 340° for 90 seconds should ensure the garment is no longer under-cured. Putting it through a drier cycle on its own on high heat would probably work as well.
The oven is most certain though!
(Keep in mind this could be a fire hazard if your garment has plastic-based fabric in it.)
-
Please flag down a volunteer when you arrive! We have chairs for waiting in line, or we can take you right to the front and into the studio to expedite your garment- either way, we have some seating for while you're waiting for your shirt to be printed.
